SMS Terms & Conditions
Prophet Docking messaging program, operated by Valstone. Effective August 12, 2026.
Program description
Prophet Docking sends transactional text messages to truck drivers and carrier contacts on behalf of the warehouses they deliver to or pick up from: appointment confirmations, reminders, dock-door assignments, schedule changes, check-in links, and replies to messages you send. The program sends no marketing or promotional content.
Opt-in
You are enrolled when you (or your carrier or the warehouse, with your consent) provide your mobile number while booking or managing a dock appointment, or when you text the service first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service from the warehouse.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your shipment activity — typically a handful of messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and nothing further. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact jeffrey.li@valstonecorp.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your dock appointments — coordinate those with the warehouse directly.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Eligibility and acceptable use
The program is intended for drivers and logistics personnel involved in shipments at participating warehouses, using a mobile number you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; we may suspend numbers that do.
Privacy
How we handle your information — including that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes & contact
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it. Questions: jeffrey.li@valstonecorp.com.
